Today is the first day of November. The first of November and I am a "new" 26 year old. And on this first day of November as a 26 year old I made my FIRST placement as an Executive Recruiter in an industry that I have never worked in and know little about. I made a difference in a woman's life who will in return impact a staff of nurses to then impact residents in long term care. This is a direct effect of "planting the seeds" for good things to grow and come back full circle.

I am so proud of myself for taking risks, making decisions that are beneficial and that are lessons; understanding that everything happens for a reason at the right time and place. This will not be the last time that I make this type of placement/achievment. This WILL be my one "first" and so I am giving myself the biggest high five because I DID IT! I did NOT do it alone. The people that surround me, the people that listened to me worry about the new job and what I was feeling throughout this first month are the reasons why I made my first placement! There should not be doubt it my mind of what I can't do...I can do it all!

What an awesome first day of the month! What an awesome first day of a new month as a 26 year old in a new profession with a new outlook on what a balanced life feels like in a whole new way!
